This research applies the Three Delays Framework more broadly to examine barriers to maternal emergency care access in remote rural settings and to test digital, community-embedded solutions. Generating evidence to strengthen emergency referral pathways and guide scalable models for improving timely, quality emergency care in underserved rural communities.
